I really think this indicates that Starbucks must be getting a major contract with the federal government to be the coffee provider of choice. Why else would they have created instant coffee, which could easily be provided to war zones?
lol, by coincidence (or not?) the government parking signs in the picture are for the army recruitment center next door ;)
