Freedom of speech, South Carolina graduation edition

Dear Illinois,

You think you're tough on graduation cheering? Think again.

Love,

South Carolina

Dana, tell me this won't amount to anything. 30 days in jail?! Sweet crispy Christ.

By allowing people to cheer for their newly graduated friends/family, it may make people who are actually not proud of their children uncomfortable and this is undesirable. We must tolerate each other and be careful not to offend.
